		<description><![CDATA[As long as you are using healthy oils such as olive oil, it is ok. Avoid butter unless it is low fat butter. I also fry in butter but i mix olive oil in it. And also, fried foods from fast food chains are not healthy, as much as posible try to avoid it.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[I would say it is better if you increase your food intake rather than take supplements, good lean meats, fish and complex carbs, if you find it hard to eat anymore is when the supplements can help. But still there is not any proven fact that these supplements work. It is better if you follow natural diet instead of taking supplements.]]></description>
